HOW TO ORDER
To commission me, you can fill out a google form at https://forms.gle/nJUF1CXGpa5cGYgb6If you do not wish to fill out the form, you can provide the following information to my social media (Twitter, Instagram, Discord) or email me at [email protected]
Name: How you would like me to refer to you. Also should be a name that you would not mind being displayed in public queues.
Email: An email that you would prefer me to send the finished artworks to!
Payment method: Paypal, Zelle, Wise, or Venmo
Payment information: Please provide the name, email, or phone number associated with the payment method you will be using
Type of commission: line art, chibi, illustration, or derp. If there is a type of commission you would like that was not listed, feel free to discuss it with me!
Reference: Clear image(s) displaying the character(s) design! If the commission requires rendered backgrounds, please provide what you would like the background to be.
Description: Please describe your commission, such as your character's personality, the background you want for the artwork, specific poses for the character if you have any, the amount of characters, etc.
Usage: Will the commission be used for personal or commercial purposes?

TERMS OF SERVICE
[GENERAL]
In commissioning me, I will assume that you have read and agreed to all the Terms of Service listed on this page. I retain the right to decline a commission if I feel that it cannot be completed for any reasons.[PAYMENT]
Commissions are priced in USD and can be paid through Paypal, Zelle, Wise, or Venmo. I will start on the commission after the full payment has been made.[REFUND]
Full refund can be made if I have not started the commission, or if I’m unable to complete it for any reason. If requested at the sketch state, 50% will be refunded. But if the commission has progressed beyond the sketch stage, refunds may not be accepted.[REVISION]
Once I’ve finished the sketch, I will send it over for you to confirm! Please let me know if you want any revisions during this stage, as it will be harder later on and would possibly delay the artwork. Please keep the changes to a minimum. Major changes, such as a change to the entire character’s pose, may result in additional charges. I will proceed with the commission after you have confirmed the sketch and any changes.[TIME CONSTRAINT]
Please allow me 1 to 3 weeks to finish your commission depending on the complexity of the artwork. If there’s a deadline or a preferred date that you would like the piece to be done by, please discuss with me so I can let you know if I will be able to meet your request. Do feel free to ask me for updates or progress on the artwork![FINISHED ARTWORK]
Once the commission is finished and confirmed, I will email you different versions of the artwork, including the PNG version, unwatermarked, and transparent files. If there is a specific version that you would like me to send, please let me know![ART USAGE]
All commissions are for personal use only. Commercial usage (generating profits from the artwork), must be discussed with me prior to commissioning. Additionally, the use of my art in any association with NFT or A.I is strictly prohibited. As the artist, I still retain copyrights over commissioned artworks. I may use them in future examples, social media, and portfolios. Please let me know if you would prefer your commissions not to be displayed publicly.[COMMERCIAL WORK PRICING]
For commercial usage that does not involve mass production, such as social media advertisements and streaming, the commission cost will be the base price times two. For commercial usage that does involve mass production, such as book covers, keychains, and prints, the commission cost will be the base price times three.
